They did the recall work as expected and the service writer was polite and helpful. The problem I have with this dealership is their trying to sell me services my car does not need. When the recall work was done the service writer gave me a printout of work that needed to be done on my 2014 Buick Enclave with 144k miles on it. The total of which was $7. Dropped van off for a recall. Service department couldn't figure out why the software update wouldn't go through so they called me to tell me I will have to pay for the diagnosis if I wanted the recall to go through so they could figure out the problem. I explained it was a manufacturer recall but that didn't matter. And they kept it for 3 days. The only issue I had was the suv I wanted to purchase was never on the lot. Tried to look at it several different days and the employee driving it was not there or left early not leaving the car for me to see. Very quick and easy transaction did not take hours! Which was appreciated!

I took my truck that I bought from them a year ago cause it has a intermittent coolent light coming on when I drive and then clear it self with 5 mins and they have it in the shop for 3 days and couldn’t figure it out I get it back and drive home and it happens again within 5 mins from the shop. To wait 2-1/2 hours for an oil change, despite having a 7:30am appointment, is unacceptable.
Disappointed in the transparency that was awarded to me. I went to get an oil change and see what a brake monitor light meant in August 2025. They only did an oil change and said I would have to come back to put it in the computer. I was told at that time that breaks have a lot of life (little over half). Made appt to put on computer October 2025 and after 5.5 hours of waiting I need breaks now. In the past, this dealer was rather thorough about looking my vehicle over for repairs that would be important for maintaining a sound vehicle. This latest visit was nothing more than a visit to Jiffy Lube. The Service Advisor checked my wiper blades and made no recommendation. I needed wiper blades two weeks prior to this visit.

Sales process went relatively well, however after an agreement (handshakes + signatures) was reached, the sales manager subsequently tried to alter the deal and raise the price. Not sure what passes for honesty and integrity at Heartland.

I brought my car in with both headlights not working. They said only the left wasn’t working and only fixed that. Then literally the next day when we checked the right one was not working. They said it would be another $800 to fix this.

Purchased a vehicle, found it on heartlands website. Came to test drive after being pre approved. Car still needed an oil change and to be detailed. Waited 3 hours after signing final paperwork for the oil change. Then the someone went on lunch and they couldn't locate the car, then they found it, so I skipped the detail, and will have to return for detail, gad tank fillup. Salesman excellent, financing guy great. Someone dropped the balls somewhere from that point... and was only offered 1 free oil change.
Brett was great he even took time on his day off to make sure the sale went smoothly he also explained everything very well.

Was lied to about why it took 2 days to get tires rotated and balanced. They were supposed to do a recall issue also but they wanted truck few more days. This was scheduled 3 weeks out. I took truck back and will take it to another dealership for recall.
